Patentes globales — USPTO, EPO, WIPO PCT, JPO, KIPO, CNIPA y oficinas nacionales principales. La búsqueda corre sobre un índice semántico unificado.
¿Puedo filtrar por titular o inventor?
Pásalos como parte de tu consulta en lenguaje natural (p. ej. assignee:Tesla gestión térmica de baterías). El índice semántico resuelve filtros tipo entidad en la cadena de consulta.
¿Filtrado por rango de fechas?
Sí. start_date / end_date en YYYY-MM-DD filtran por fecha de presentación o publicación.
¿Cómo se compara el precio con la búsqueda directa de USPTO?
La búsqueda pública de USPTO es gratuita pero solo por palabras clave y sin ranking semántico. Esta API ejecuta búsqueda semántica multi-jurisdicción a 80 créditos por llamada (≈ 0,08 $ de coste de usuario) — útil cuando necesitas resultados rankeados listos para LLM.
