¿Qué fuentes están cubiertas?

ClinicalTrials.gov (estudios registrados), fichas técnicas de la FDA (Structured Product Labeling), ChEMBL (datos de bioactividad) y DrugBank (farmacología). Las cuatro se consultan en paralelo.

¿Sustituye al consejo médico?

No. La API expone bases de datos públicas para investigación y flujos de software. La salida no es consejo médico y no debe usarse para decisiones clínicas sin un humano cualificado en el bucle.

¿Puedo restringir por rango de fechas?

Sí. Pasa start_date y end_date para filtrar ensayos y actualizaciones de fichas por fecha.

¿Cómo funcionan los créditos en llamadas fallidas?

Si la búsqueda falla (5xx) o la consulta es inválida (4xx), no se descuentan créditos. Solo se cobra en respuestas 2xx exitosas.
