可以取代醫療建議嗎?

不行。本 API 將公開資料庫面向研究與軟體工作流程公開。輸出並非醫療建議,且不應在沒有合格人類介入的情況下用於臨床決策。

可以限制日期範圍嗎?

可以。傳入 start_date 與 end_date,即可依日期篩選試驗與標籤更新。

失敗呼叫如何計費?

若搜尋失敗(5xx)或查詢無效(4xx),不扣除點數。僅對成功的 2xx 回應計費。
